Explora Laboratories SA is authorized by Swissmedic to produce High Potency APIs in its new dedicated laboratory. All synthetic steps are carried out in compliance with the strictest  procedures to guarantee the safety of the operators and the environmental protection.

Some of our production processes are based on our patented enzymatic and biocatalysis technologies to produce Nucleoside and Nucleotide Analogues like Fludarabine Phosphate or Cladribine. The laboratory is equipped with a five-chamber isolator containing four reactors ranging from 3 to 6 liters and with a chemical hood dedicated to biocatalysis equipped with three 10 lt reactors.

We are able to provide reaction conditions from -30°C to 250°C, reaction under pressure and in inert atmosphere, hydrogenations. The packaging of the final product is performed in a controlled environment (airborne particulate cleanliness class M5.5) to guarantee pyrogen-free products.
